The fact is that dancing has many benefits - both mental and physical. We have to traveled and danced with some of our students in the US, the Caribbean and in Europe. Its an exciting and adventurous lifestyle! Here are some benefits associated with ballroom dancing: exercise, relaxation, self confidence, new social contacts, sense of achievement, fun and excitement, stress relief, and improved well-being. So for some, dancing is simply a great way to have fun, and for others, it can become a lifestyle.
