Ballroom dancing can be many things to many people. Some of us are dancing just to have fun, some like the exercise and others like to participate in dance competitions. The fact is that dancing has many benefits - both mental and physical. According to a study published in the New England Journal os Medicine, ballroom dancing is the only physical activity to offer protection against dementia. We have to traveled and danced with some of our students in the US, the Caribbean and in Europe. Its an exciting and adventurous lifestyle!
